"Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light."

HOW I WORK
Where you can show up just as you are.
The most important foundation of our work is the relationship we build together, one where you feel truly heard, understood, and seen. It's that steadiness and safety that allows you to begin exploring your story and doing the real work of healing.
Together, we'll make sense of where pain has taken root and the experiences that shaped you. I believe you carry the wisdom and resilience to heal and grow. I don't pretend to have it all figured out, and I'll never ask you to go places I haven't gone myself.
My style is warm, grounded, and deeply human. I'll reflect honestly, ask the questions that matter, and gently challenge the patterns and stories that are keeping you stuck. And when you're ready, I'll encourage you to take those small, courageous steps toward something new. Because that's where real change begins.
ABOUT ME
My journey into this work has been shaped by my own experiences of pain, loss, and the transformative impact of therapy in my life. It gave me a place to feel less alone, begin to understand myself in a new way, and slowly step into a more authentic way of living.
I’ve always been drawn to the in-between spaces. The parts of life that feel messy, complicated, and hard to put into words. I’ve come to believe that those same spaces are often where real change happens. It’s when we’re willing to take risks, move toward what feels unfamiliar or even scary, and try something different than what we’ve done before.
This work is something I'm deeply passionate about. I'm always seeking to learn and expand my knowledge through trainings and reading. My own experience as a therapy client deeply informs how I show up for the people I work with. I bring my whole self into the room, including my humanity and humor, because I believe that's part of what makes this work real.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a partner, a mother, and someone living in the full mix of life: beautiful, messy, fun, overwhelming, and everything in between. I’m often toggling between roles and responsibilities, learning as I go, and doing my best to not completely lose it along the way. I love a good iced soy latte, an endorphin-filled spin class, and time with Teddy, my therapy dog dropout who was originally meant to help with anxiety but has somehow become the primary source of it.
My Training and experience
Clinical Experience
I began my career in the helping professions in 2011 and I’ve had the privilege of working with children, individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings.
My early work focused on supporting children on the autism spectrum as an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapist. I later transitioned into work where I provided crisis counseling, case management, and legal advocacy for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. It was during this role I was offered a position within the District Attorney’s office serving as the Mental Health Liason for the Child Advocacy Center where I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to support children, adults, and families navigating trauma. I soon transitioned into the role of Sexual Assault Advocate within the Special Victims Unit, where I continued supporting survivors through legal processes and crisis response
Over time, I felt drawn to move more deeply into therapy work, supporting clients through relational, emotional, and life challenges. I completed my Master’s in 2022 and have since focused my practice on helping individuals, couples, and families heal from trauma, strengthen their relationships, and live more connected lives.
